The Recovery Suite is a private hot/cold contrast therapy suite located at The Station Gym. Each 40 minute session gives you complete privacy to use the sauna, cold plunge, outdoor shower and changing facilities to feel fully recovered and recharged.

You don't need to be a gym member to use The Recovery Suite (although members get a discounted price of £12.99 for 40 minutes!).
