Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, entering, or using the Recovery Suite, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all instructions provided by staff.

 

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age. Management reserves the right to refuse access to any individual where use may present a health or safety risk.

 

3. Health Declaration

By using the facilities, guests confirm that:

  • They are physically able to participate in sauna and cold-water immersion activities.

  • They have considered any medical conditions that may affect their ability to use the facilities safely.

  • They will seek medical advice if unsure whether participation is appropriate.

 

4. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that sauna use and cold-water immersion involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Dizziness

  • Fainting

  • Dehydration

  • Changes in blood pressure

  • Cardiovascular stress

  • Slips, trips, and falls

  • Injury arising from heat or cold exposure

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

 

5. User Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all posted instructions and staff directions.

  • Use the facilities responsibly and within their personal capabilities.

  • Exit the sauna or cold plunge immediately if feeling unwell.

  • Respect other guests and facility property.

  • Maintain appropriate hygiene standards.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Use while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

  • Running, diving, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Glass containers within the Recovery Suite.

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.

  • Tampering with equipment or safety systems. Only use the ladel provided to pour water on sauna heating element.

Management reserves the right to remove any guest who breaches these rules without refund.

 

7. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The facility accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the facility, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of the Recovery Suite, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

 

9. Facility Closures and Maintenance

Management reserves the right to close, modify, or restrict access to any part of the facility for maintenance, operational, safety, or emergency reasons.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session where a guest's conduct presents a safety risk or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the facility operates.
