Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure our Recovery Suite remains available to all clients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking.

• More than 24 hours' notice: Your booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Less than 2 hours' notice or failure to attend: The full booking fee may be charged.

• Late arrival: Your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time, and the full booking fee remains payable. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to prepare for your session.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel at short notice due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel

Please contact us directly using the booking contact details provided when you made your reservation. Cancellations are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us.
